Rice with sesame seeds, barley and prunes

Ingredients:

•        Required amount of germinated rice - Is This Program a Kyle Leon Scam?

•        1 tsp. roasted sesame seeds

•        2 tbsp. liter barley

•        4 tbsp. water

•        100 g pitted prunes

•        1 tbsp. liter stewed mushrooms (shiitake or button mushrooms)

•        6 tablespoons, liter soybean paste

•        2 tbsp. liter pine nuts

•        3 tbsp liter. Green chopped onion

Salt and pepper to taste

•        To start, prepare the mushrooms. Wash them, peel, chop and boil for some time in the oil with water and salt for 20 minutes.
